Saydeh’ s educations include, two months child psychiatry observership in Stanford School of Medicine, CA in 2016, Positive Parenting Program training, in Colombia, South- Carolina, 2016, Crisis Prevention Intervention training obtained from the crisis prevention institute in Anaheim, CA in 2014, and master degree of Science in Nursing Psychiatry track, in AUB, 2012.
The diversity of her clinical experience includes working with psychiatric patients both inpatients and outpatients of different age groups and needs, conducting comprehensive mental health assessments with a focus on the emotional, spiritual, developmental, cognitive, and behavioral responses of patients, leading support and psycho-education groups for oncology, uveitis and multiple sclerosis patients. Saydeh was consulted in her area of expertise on other activities such as policy making, interpersonal communication sessions, workshop in how to improve the working environment and setting the nursing departmental strategic plan.
Her current position as a care and quality coordinator in the psychiatry department include providing comprehensive case management services to all outpatient psychiatry patients involving in-person intake assessment, goal setting, progress monitoring, advocacy and referrals, participating in quality initiatives and quality improvement activities for improving the unit standards of quality provided, insuring conformity with national/international regulatory/ accreditation standards.
